For years now, we’ve made it our mission to marry the finest local culinary talent with the Valley’s best wines, creating the Shenandoah Valley’s most important food & wine event.
The SlowFoodVastWine™ experience celebrates sustainability and culinary excellence. It appreciates local farmers & vintners, and supports their efforts in attentive stewardship and regenerative practices.
We believe these sustainable and regenerative practices in farming are on the same philosophical page as the nurturance of our children through an authentic Montessori education. Both practices work in harmony with nature’s design to yield the fruitful bounty of health, wholeness and happiness for all involved.
Our intent is to celebrate and support these agricultural and educational practices through our event. We invite you to experience it yourself!
